Check out these new projects that I’ve created for the Brother Creative Center. They are free for everyone to download, print out and make. Click on the images below to visit the website and make your own. They are all sort of on a calendar theme though they veered off into the direction of our place in the solar system and time in general!
Cube Calendar A desktop calendar to show the current date. Turn the cubes to display the day, date and month.
Cylinder Calendar Display the date with this desktop curiosity. Works for either day/month or month/day date display
Disk Calendar Rotate the three disks to display the current day, date and month.
The project has an integrated stand so that it can stand it on your desk.
Specific to the year 2025. Stand the colourful dodecahedron on your desk with the current month facing your direction.
Earth Globe A desktop earth globe for you to download and make. Find your place in the world!
Equatorial Sundial Having established the date with the previous projects, use the equatorial sundial to find the time – as long as the sun is shining!
Nocturnal Need to know the time at night when the stars are twinkling but the sun has set? Use this celestial instrument by lining it up with specific stars and reading off the time on the dial.
All these projects are free for everyone to download, print out and make. I do hope you enjoy them!
