Quick Return Bird
A #STEAMjunk Project
Turn the handle on the Quick Return Bird and the bird leans back slowly then quickly returns forward as the crank handle is turned. This project is made from paper-clip wire, beads and a terminal block connector. All junk you might find lying around at home.

The Quick Return Bird project is one of a series of bead and wire mechanisms that I am preparing for a workshop I will be running at the upcoming EMF Camp in Eastnor, UK May 30th - June 2nd.
